since it's been a month since i posted anthing i figured i better "get on the stick", as it were--so let me talk a little bit about why i spent so much time as a DiD artist....

near as i can figure, a lot of it had to do with the fact that i couldn't get a girl to run over me, let alone date me until i was in my twenties--not having a 'normal' relationship with women my age, due to my fucked up self esteem, resulted in my creating this elaborate fantasy life where i would rescue them from peril, which would inspire them to supercede their natural instincts and at least talk me--what can i say--i was pretty 'tweaked' as a youth....

this went on for a few years, until my mid-teens when i discovered bondage porn, and was introduced to the idea that some women actually get turned on by being tied up, not just being rescued--not that i had any idea what to do with this information in my real life, but it did help make me aware that i wanted one of 'those' for myself....

skip a few more years to the massive popularity of the internet and internet chatrooms--although i hadn't met too many of those girls who liked being tied-up IRl--i did find traces of them all over the 'net--even got the chance to email and chat with a few....

talking to them about what they liked and didn't like served as a major inspiration for many of my pix, like the one featured....

for a while--i was moving away from bondage stuff and more towards conventional 'babes vs monsters'-stuff with some bondage-y elements....

don't expect to see too much more of 'SCAMP'--the big spider--in future works--and if you do, she definitely won't look like this....

this is my favorite of all the images i've ever done.

it pretty much captures the look and feel i'd like all my DiD work to have, plus it features USAGI from SAILORMOON, who in my mind is a pretty useless character EXCEPT for the fact that she is a pretty idealized version of what i think a 'damsel' should be--nice to look at, strong, and at the same time vulnerable....

most of my DiD work is reflective of my own unfulfilled fantasies--scenarios i would have rp'd with an interested lover, were i ever to have one--it's also reflective of my early obsession with comic books, pulps and detective magazine covers (all, at one time, bondage erotica for kids)....

i've done a lot of work featuring the sailor senshi, mostly because they, like USAGI make great subjects for DiD--they fight evil, they regularly face danger, they look cute in their outfits....

much of my fan following centers around this series of pix, so they occupy a warm place in my heart--but as i've grown older, i've become less comfortable obsessing about a fictional group of young girls (even tho' i aged them for my pix)--better to obsess about fictional adult women....

i was 5 yrs old when i saw my first DiD--LIL' VERONICA in an issue of

LIL' CAPTAIN PUREHEART.... from then on i was hooked...i practised for

years to develope my skills so that i could make my own DiD's, and i

got good at it....
